Agreement
These Terms govern your access to and use of AnyFile. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use AnyFile on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
The service
AnyFile lets customers upload files, create share links and file-request pages, generate supported previews, and view basic activity such as views and downloads. Features and limits depend on the subscription plan you purchase and may evolve over time.
Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and all activity under your account. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You may not share credentials in a way that bypasses plan or account restrictions.
Your content
You retain ownership of files and other content you upload. You grant AnyFile the limited rights necessary to host, process, preview, transmit, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload, share, and request the content you use with AnyFile.
Acceptable use
You may not use AnyFile to violate law or third-party rights, distribute malware, facilitate fraud or abuse, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, evade security or usage controls, or upload content that you do not have the right to process. Executable files and unsupported content types are not accepted by the service.
Public links
Share and request pages are accessible to anyone who has the associated public link while that link is active. You are responsible for deciding who receives each link and for disabling links that should no longer be accessible. AnyFile marks public share and request pages so search engines should not index them, but you should not treat a public link as a substitute for identity-based access control.
Plans and fair use
Plan limits shown in the product and pricing page form part of your subscription. Where a plan describes active share links or file-request pages as unlimited, that usage remains subject to reasonable fair-use, security, abuse-prevention, and technical limits designed to protect the service and other customers.
Billing and cancellation
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe at the price and interval shown when you subscribe. Taxes may apply. Unless otherwise required by law, payments are non-refundable once a billing period begins. You may cancel through the billing portal at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the already-paid billing period unless stated otherwise.
Service changes
We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to provide reasonable notice of material changes that significantly reduce paid functionality, where practical. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect AnyFile, our users, or third parties; respond to abuse or legal requests; enforce these Terms; or address non-payment. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnyFile is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnyFile will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to AnyFile during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service or applicable requirements change. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate.
