What does Superfile do?
Superfile turns a file into a polished page you can share with one link. Add a title and message, let recipients preview or download the file, and see what happened afterward. You can also create a request page when you need someone to send a file back.
Does the recipient need a Superfile account?
No. Anyone with the link can preview or download a shared file, or submit to a file request, without creating an account.
Which file types can I share?
Superfile supports PDFs, common image, text, Markdown, CSV, JSON, audio and video formats, ZIP archives, and common Microsoft Office and OpenDocument files. Browser-friendly formats can be previewed online; other supported files remain available to download. Executable files are not accepted.
How large can my files be?
Starter supports files up to 15 MB each, while Pro supports files up to 1 GB each. The same per-file limit applies when someone uploads through one of your file-request pages.
Can clients or customers send files to me?
Yes. Create a file-request page with a title, description, and clear instructions, then share its unique link. Each submission appears in your dashboard, and the sender does not need an account.
What can I see in the analytics?
Superfile tracks views and downloads for each shared file, giving you a simple signal that your recipient opened the page or downloaded the file.
Who can access a shared file?
Anyone who has its long, unguessable link can open an active share page. Share pages are also marked so search engines should not index them. You can deactivate a share or file request from your dashboard whenever you want to take it offline.
Is there a free plan or free trial?
Superfile does not offer a free plan or trial. Starter is the lowest-cost option for occasional file sharing, and you can upgrade when you need more active links, file requests, or larger uploads.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the secure Stripe billing portal. If you cancel, your subscription remains available until the end of the period you have already paid for.
